Given the thousands of themes and plugins that could potentially conflict with ours, it’s natural to encounter issues.
If you face such problems, please contact us or create a ticket, and we will address it as soon as possible. Using our products for seven days will assure you of the high quality of our plugins. Please read the guidelines governing our refund policy.
We Do Not Issue Refunds If the Issues Are:
- If you found your web server doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denied updating the PHP, or MySQL version.
- You changed your mind about the purchase.
- You choose not to use the product anymore.
- You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our plugins)
- Your existing scripts conflict with other 3rd party software (other themes, plugins, add-ons, scripts, etc.) connected or installed on your WordPress website.
- You do not contact the support team for help.
- You are unable to show proof or screenshots of broken parts or missing.
- Products bought with a discount.
We Issue Refunds If the Following Criteria Apply:
- If you encounter any problems, you should share your live website URL so that we can easily address your issue and investigate it. Then, if we are still unable to fix your problem, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sometimes you may need to share your website credentials to fix a specific problem.
- There was an issue with the description of the product, and you were misled.
- If there is an issue with installing, configuring, functioning, or displaying content, and if we are unable to fix this, then we will issue a refund.
- If our support team is unable to fix the problem.
Bundle Purchase
We will not accept refund requests for Bundle purchases for any items when your purchased add-ons bundle we assume you’re already experienced with it.
